Every project is quoted from a written scope: one fixed figure, usually within a day, that holds as long as the scope does.

From spec to quote

  1. 01

    Tick what you need

Pick the features above, across as many services as the project touches, or describe it in your own words.

  2. 02

A scope and a figure come back

Within a day you get a written scope, a timeline and one fixed quote, from the people who will build it.

  3. 03

It holds while the scope holds

If the project grows, the figure moves, and we tell you before it does. Payment runs in three milestones.

Money questions

  • Because a number without a scope is a guess. Two apps with the same name can differ tenfold in work. Pick the features you need in the spec builder, or describe the project in a message, and within a day you get a written scope, a timeline and one fixed figure.

    Quotes
  • It is an estimate, and it holds if the scope holds. If the project grows, or needs paid third-party services we did not plan for, the figure moves, and we tell you before it does, not after.

    Quotes
  • Hosting, domains, plugins, APIs and software licences. We bill these separately at exactly what they cost us. We do not mark them up.

    Quotes
  • Three milestones: a non-refundable advance before work starts, a payment when the first major update or prototype is delivered, and the balance on completion before final handover.

    Payments
  • No. All payments are non-refundable, and the rate is locked once the advance clears. We would rather say that plainly on a public page than bury it in a contract.

    Payments
  • We do, until final payment clears. At that moment ownership transfers to you completely. We may show the finished work in our portfolio; if a project is confidential, tell us before we start and we will agree that in writing.
